First run on my own in awhile. Mileage is approximate; took me 23:30 to run it, or about 7:50 per mile. Felt a little hard; I'll have to play this by ear as I listen to my body and figure out how fast I should do each of my runs.
Run time was 25:00, giving a pace of 8:20 min/mi. Definitely feeling the increase in pace now that I've started running on my own and am attempting to get more serious about training.
Run time was 25:28, giving 8:29 min/mi as my pace. I ran the route with hills (same as Monday), and I took it easy, as I'm trying to ramp up slowly in both mileage and pace.
